Yeah, Algoriddim currently owns the iDevice DJ market with their purpose-built apps. In order for Mixxx to be ported, all of our dependent libraries would need to be ported first, the biggest of which is Qt. Some work has been done on that by the community (this looks promising: http://www.qt-iphone.com/Introduction.html ) but nothing official AFAIK.

Maybe a Mixxx library editor could first be ported or created, like Pioneer did with Rekordbox. ( http://www.djtechtools.com/2012/08/21/p ... d-android/ )

I take the train every day, and I would really like to organize and prepare my tracks from my phone or tablet so I could spend my free time mixing and not preparing.
