OutlineNetbook, a skin for the netbooks

Hi, I changed the outlineSmall skin to adapt to the screen of my eeePC 900. The perfect view is in Full Screen mode and the skin is usable in all the netbook with the same resolution of the eeePC 900 (1024x600, than eeepc 1000, acer, hp, samsung etc.).

i just tried it out. works perfect.
i'm using it on my eeepc901

before i just used the outline mini skin and gave up half my already small screen. which was a pain in the ass when i was in badly lit booths.

then recently i started playing with the development builds, and in a recent svn checkout, i managed to get the outline small theme into fullscreen, by some odd combination of changing the preferences and fullscreen setting in precicely the right order, which alas i can no longer remember.

Heh, funny - I just did the same thing, just came to let people know, and find this thread!

kolla, i couldn't get your skin to work in fullscreen,
although in your skin the space was used a bit better, i'm using gianfe's skin for now because fulscreen seems more important.

Outlineee v2!!

This is the second version of the Outlineee skin. Now the space is used better.

FYI for those reading this thread the skins can be exploded into your skins directory (on windows %ProgramFiles%\Mixxx\skins, on Linux /usr/share/mixxx/skins) and they should show up under interface preferences. Also to get into or out of full screen mode, hit the ESC key.

I tried both skins
Outlineee v2:

• + Nicely spaced
• - Deck track text above waveforms cuts off early

OutlineEee:

• - Controls look like they are a little bit too low in full screen mode, like they go off the bottom of the screen.
• + Deck track text appears not to cut off
• - Deck track text background is hideous white text on cyan background colour... yuck!

If you guys merge the best of both skins together, I'd be happy to include it into the official mixxx builds. The other thing I was wondering is should we call this outline1024x600 or outlineNetbook or something like that? It does apply to more then just eeePCs... mmm... need to brainstorm

-Fixed the cuts off of the song name, now the limit space is the line in the middle.
-Fixed the ladspa skin

I think that "outlineNetbook" is the perfect name of this skin and thank you if you include it into the official mixxx builds.
I'm at work to build the outline wide screen version. The 1280x800 version is almost ready and I want upload it soon but for build the 1680x1050 version I need the source of the original outline skin because the upscaling of the bottons degrades the quality of the images.
