Mixxx 1.9.1 with Numark DJ I/O

Hi, this is my first post to this forum, been only reading so far.

I'm using Mixxx 1.9.1 on Mac OS X 10.7.4 and I'm just learning to use an external sound card, Numark DJ I/O. I've been googling a lot about how to make it work with Mixxx, haven't quite made it so far, unfortunately.

I've tried to change the Mixxx Output Preferences but I can only hear deck 2 via DJ I/O. I haven't found any detailed info on which settings I should change when adding a basic sound card. My MacBook recognizes the external card so it has to be a matter of settings.

As you can probably see, I'm quite a beginner… Thank you for your replies in advance.

Try the settings like in the following thread: http://mixxx.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=4035.

Also you might want to upgrade to Mixxx 1.10.1, the latest stable version.
Download your copy directly from mixxx.org, the version in MacAppStore is outdated (v1.91).
