MIXXX with numark DJio to pc

I am just beginning to learn about DJ'ing and having a problem configuring MIXXX to use numark DJIO on my dell laptop. Can someone tell me the input and output setting that will allow me to hear both the main and cue out of the headphone jack on the DJIO?

system info:
Alto Professional ZMX862
Numark DJio
Numark Dj2go
mixxx
Dell Laptop, headphones and mic
2x 800 watt alto speakers

running mixxx 1.10.1 on 64bit Win7

Reading the DJio manual this should be pretty straight forward.

* Install the latest drivers and restart computer
* Mixxx Preferences > Sound Hardware
You might need to experiment here a little to find the best suited settings for your computer
Sound API = ASIO
Sample Rate = 44100 Hz
Latency = depends, if it crackles - raise the number
* Mixxx Preferences > Sound Hardware > Input tab
Leave blank
* Mixxx Preferences > Sound Hardware > Output tab
Master = Channel 1-2
Headphones = Channel 3-4
