Piano Booster - Open source program to learn piano

If you DJ you will love music, of course ... well, for those who always wanted to learn piano, there is an open source alternative to learn at your own pace at home: Piano Booster. Is there another open source software besides gimp for artist? I'm an artist, and I enjoy creating image's on my computer and I'm looking for an open source software that I can download to my computer, I tried gimp but I didnt like it, is there another free software available thats also easy to use?
