is possible integrate also the Video engine as the Virtual DJ?
One simple solution can be to integrate the VLC engine without the GUI... ( we made the same for our double audio-midi-video players...)

Anything is possible if someone wants to take the lead on the project. For the core development team, here again, this is trumped by more important features. Mixxx needs to be top-of-the-line with audio mixing before we will take on the challenge of handling video as well (since it places way more demands on the system, and we're having trouble enough with audio right now.) We've also seen that video doesn't lend itself well to being mixed as is done with audio, so more thought will be needed on the possible use cases before we would start implementing anything.
