Does the track stop moving in Mixxx or does the sound just cut out? Does Mixxx freeze?

Needs more info :
* Do you use the vinyl control feature ( aka timecode vinyl/cd )?
* If so what are your settings in Mixxx Preferences-> Vinylcontrol ( post screenshot)
* What are your settings in Mixxx Preferences-> Sound Hardware ( post screenshot Input/output tab)
* Do you have any additional midi devices connected?
* What kind of audio file you try to play (mp3, wav .....)?

Screen Dumps Not Working RIght Now

VINYL EMULATION - Enabled

1. TIMECODE - Serato CV02 - Using Side B

Settings on Page - Turntable PreAmp = 0=Off
Deck 1 Vinyl Type = Serato CV02 Side B 45 RPM
Deck 2 = not plugged in

CONTROL MODE = Relative - for the 29 seconds I have a detectable signal ( a round red circle that goes in and out)

SOUND API - ASIO (Choices - MME, WIndows Direct Sound,Windows WDM KS) If I choose MME then I have my Realtek Audio Options for my PC.
Master - Versaport USB ASIO Driver Channels 1-2
Deck 1 Versaport USB ASIO Driver Channels 1-2 (system won't allow sharing of channels - when it worked had to move to 3 -4 from what I remember)

VINYL CONTROL 1 Versaport USB ASIO Driver

Also to note because I have selected HW ASIO I cannot use Sound card on PC anymore...I am assuming this is normal but totally foxed by this whole thing.

Because I am using my PC then I am using the RCA adapter as posted on Youtube.

Playing MP3's

Will try to screen dump again later, no WP programs on this machine

Mixxx receives a bad timecode signal (likely too low/loud).
The signal quality widget should show a green donut for a perfect signal

You must set the input mode of your sound card to phono if you have standard turntables. Many modern turntables have a Line/Phono select switch. If yours does, make sure it matches the input or switch setting on your sound card. Also check if your needle needs cleaning.

In the Mixxx online manual you`ll find a wiring diagram for turntables

Red Circle still not green like on your screen dump.
Will have to put a program on my machine to screen dump...then will repost.

Still cannot dump...using office 2010 to no success.

I am assuming that red circle means too strong a signal.....how do I fix that
