Might work for those with lpd8 and dj2go.... Doesnt work with just dj2go... An alternative mapping is needed for those without an lpd8

IDK... simply does not want to work with just DJ2GO...

I think the only thing that works is the crossfader. The mapping doens't want to work considering I don't have an Akai LPD8.

I might have to resort to taking some of the previous scripts and making a script just for DJ2Go. Either that or buy an akai LPD8... which doesn't really help those who don't have an LPD8.

I could set them to loops idk or Evan the fx settings I made this for use without the use of the lpd8 for that I should have it set to that

I just aquired the LPD8... I will test the mapping / scripting... But I still think there should be a mapping just for DJ2Go.

Yeah one mapping / scripting doesn't work for two seperate controllers. So yeah I'm not sure how you were able to accomplish this considering it's calling out two different controllers in two different ports.

It would be interesing if you could chop up your midi xml mapping and your js scripting so I could load them both. But yeah they don't work... At least not on my system.

you just have to load one setting to each device under options---->prefences----> midi devices

Well with my 32-bit windows it doesn't want to work like that. I attempted to enable both controllers with the same mapping but since mixxx is searching for functions that aren't working with both controllers non of it works... at least for me. Perhap other users have had more luck but it seems both controllers need different mappings... each without all the extra stuff.

Likkyla: that shouldn't be happening. It's perfectly fine to load scritpts with functions that are never used by the XML. However if one of those names is mis-spelled, then it will fail on load. What error are you getting?

well mixxx has a sampler deck system.... downloads newest release.... how do i use the sampler decks? i have a need to map them
