Output Microphone Directly To Speakers

I just downloaded this software for Windows Vista Home Premium 32-Bit only because i needed a way to simultaneously transmit whatever i spoke into my USB microphone which was connected to my laptop via USB port to the speakers that are connected via the audio output jack. I am no DJ nor am i familiar with this software and i really need to have a working microphone for the event tomorrow. Could anyone provide step by step instructions on how this can be achieved? This microphone cannot directly connect into the back of the speakers and i do not want to pay for a mixer.

You need to set the mic and speaker input and output in the preferences, then click the little "MIC" text on the screen to bring up the mic control. Then hold TALK to speak.
