I was wondering if it would be possible to create overlapping waveforms. Similar to Virtual DJ. If not, then would it be possible to alight the deck 1 waveform to the bottom and align deck 2's waveform to the top, so it looks like one 2 toned waveform ?

Not possible yet. Same with vertical waveforms.
